First Front Door is a homebuyer grant program available through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (FHLB)
$1500 contribution is needed from the borrower
Grant Assistance up to $15,000
First Front Door funds can be used for down payment or closing costs
The grant is forgiven if you remain in the home for 5 years
Available to first-time home buyers for a primary residence
Income at or below 80% of the area median income to qualify
First Front Door funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis
